Hi, I’m Cheryl.

I support people who feel anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or disconnected from themselves to find calm, clarity, and confidence again. My work is rooted in compassion, safety, and practical tools that help you feel more in control of your emotions and your life.

In 2018, I was diagnosed with breast cancer — a life-changing experience that became a turning point for me. It led me to reassess my life, my values, and my purpose. Through my own healing journey, I realised I wanted to dedicate my work to helping others navigate emotional pain and rediscover their inner strength.

From this journey, I created my signature approach, the Heart to Heal Method — a gentle, structured process designed to guide you from emotional overwhelm to lasting wellbeing.
I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported at your own pace. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, or feeling lost, you don’t have to face it alone.
