I specialise in helping people who are struggling with the weight of anxiety, the pain of past trauma, and the feeling of being completely overwhelmed. My work is centred around my 'Heart to Heal Method', a unique, three-stage process designed to lead you from distress to lasting well-being. We will work together to understand the root of your anxiety and develop practical, effective coping skills to manage difficult feelings as they arise. We can work on generalised anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks, chronic stress, and feelings of overwhelm.
