My calling is to help people find their unique path, and my mission is to reignite the inner spark that may have been lost amidst the demands of daily life.

In 2018, I faced a life-altering breast cancer diagnosis, which became a turning point. Recognising this pivotal moment, I embarked on a journey to redefine my life's purpose and live authentically. When I later experienced redundancy in my job, I interpreted it as a universal sign, compelling me to pursue my childhood dream of helping others.

From my own journey of healing and rediscovery, I developed my signature process: the 'Heart to Heal Method'. This isn't just a collection of techniques; it is the structured, supportive path that I personally walked. It is the framework I now use to guide my clients from feeling lost and overwhelmed to living with purpose and clarity.
